Our aim is the fullest possible development of every dimension of the person. Teachers are asked to challenge the students to aspire to excellence in order that they may appreciate their talents and develop them fully. Central to the educational philosophy of Jesuit schools is the concept of fostering individual excellence within the context of the community.

The fostering of individual excellence not only occurs within the academic curriculum but also extends well beyond the classroom. All the co-curricular activities serve to develop the spirit of cooperation, individual discipline, a sense of self-worth, belonging and a spirit of community The pursuit of excellence and development of individual skills should be wholeheartedly pursued through the numerous co-curricular activities within the school, where teachers accompany the students in their roles as moderators, coaches, and instructors
